Brian Silk will release a single, Song To Self, on 16 April 2021. This is Brian’s first single release since 11 September of last year, when Maybe I’ll Lose My Mind, was released from his 2020 album, Something For Everyone.
Brian says: I wrote and recorded Song To Self several years ago, but didn’t do much with it. It kind of languished until I decided to try give it a new lease of life.
I sent it to Chris Pedenc to remix and master and, as usual, he came up with outstanding results, improving the song overall whilst finding new aspects to it.
Then I commissioned my long-standing artwork partner, Dalton in New York City, to come up with whatever the song brought to mind. I’m so happy with what Dalton has come up with – I’m probably going to frame it!
Song To Self will be on worldwide release through Ditto Music and will be available on Spotify, Apple Music/iTunes, Deezer, Amazon Music and all major music platforms.
